Do any of your camera boards have pre-soldered headers?
I know you weren’t soldering them back in 2017, but maybe you are on the newer boards?
We don’t do this currently as folks end up doing very different things with the headers per product people build them into.
However, if you buy enough cameras or want kitting work done (e.g., pay $$ per unit to have the headers soldered for you, then we can do that). For a production run of thousands of cameras we are able to edit the build fo the system to whatever you want.

In the future, I may start offering variants of the system with soldered-on headers and not soldered headers. However, not right now.
