Flashing Green, then white once, then dead

Hi,
I’m trying to connect an OpenMV Cam h7 plus to my laptop for the first time.
The led start flashing Green, then white once, then dead.
Windows doesn’t see the cam.
I’m trying to connect the cam from the ide but it’s not visible
Currently I’m trying to connect the cam without SD.
This cam was used by another person and i don’t know what program was uploaded.
What can i do?

Reflash the firmware, make sure to check Erase internal filesystem.

How can I do this?
So the fact i’m not using the sd is not important?
PS: I’m working on Windows 10 but the operating system doesn’t recognize the cam

Run the IDE, connect and then follow the IDE dialogs.
