OpenMV IDE doesn't detect OpenMV Cam H7

.Hey guys,

I bought an OpenMV Cam H7 and installed the latest OpenMV IDE (2.9.0) on Windows 10. When I connect the Camera to my computer and try to set it up, OpenMV IDE does not detect the CAM H7. It is a brand new camera, so I know I have to recover the firmware.
I followed OpenMV’s instructions, using DUF mode to recover the firmware, but I keep getting an error. Could someone please help me solve this ?

Does Windows detect a USB storage ? If not, try a different USB cable one that has data wires, not the charging type.

Does your camera operate at all? do you see the led flash?
