Brand new out of box, I plug it in , it asks if I want to update firmware but then errors out and cant finish.
Any suggestions? Where do I find older firmware to try that?

error during down load. windows 10 system.
Oh, that’s a USB cable issue. With the latest IDE, it’s pretty much solved by using a really short USB cable.
However, Windows 10 is quite old now which could also be causing issues.
