Mt9v034 global shutter module

Hi team,

We have been doing some development work using the global shutter module (MT9V034).

But now when I ordered more sensors, I am only receiving MT9V022, even though the datasheet says 034.

I tried ordering from multiple vendors, including directly from openmv website.

Does anyone have any information? And suggestions where to get 034 from?

They are the same sensor. One’s BGA versus another package. And then the 02 versus the 04 are the same from our usage perspective.

Sensors are definitely not equivalent. 022 is more power hungry and less sensitive to light (needs more light compared to 034 for constant exposure time)

Any idea where I can get 034 from?

Nope! We had to switch sensors because we couldn’t buy the 034.
