OpenMV SEN-16465 FLIR Lepton 2.5 - Carefully installed. Only get flashing white light. How do I fix this?

The green light flashes a few times then only get white flashing light. Help? Uninstalled, re-installed 3 times. Same results.

Please provide a picture of how it’s mounted. However, it sounds right. A flashing white light means our firmware can’t initialize the flir.

Yeah, it looks perfectly mounted.

Um, do you know the FLIR Lepton is okay? I can send another adapter. However, we’ve never had these adapters fail.

Thanks, you answered my next question about device failure rates. I know the OpenMV works great. I’ll get the FLIR replaced and let you know. Thanks for your help.
