Can't Erase Flashdrive or upgrade Firmware

Hi, I have a OpenMV Cam RT1062. I edited the main.py file and I think I caused it to become corrupt. I have tried put the device in recovery mode using the SBL to 3.3V. I think I succeeded in putting it in recovery mode because OpenMV IDE detects the device, however every time I try to erase and install a new firmware I get the following error: (I am using the latest version of OpenMV IDE : 4.5.0)

C:/Program Files/OpenMV IDE/share/qtcreator/sdphost/win/sdphost.exe -u 0x1FC9,0x0135 – write-file 0x20001C00 C:\Users\mt\AppData\Roaming\OpenMV\openmvide\firmware\OPENMV_RT1060\sdphost_flash_loader.bin

Error: UsbHidPeripheral() cannot open USB HID device (vid=0x1fc9, pid=0x0135, sn=).

The issue is happening because the HID interface is not accessible. There could be a few reasons for this. Virus protection programs can prevent access, or if you have a HID driver installed which changes the default appearance for the device. So far, there have been various different reasons for each customer I help out to fix why this isn’t working.
