OSError: [Errno 19] ENODEV

Hello everybody, new here on the forum.

reading some stuff i think i’m the most beginner here.

anyway, i got an issue and i can’t solve it so i hope someone could help me.

I’ve always adapted the exaple scripts to my needs and everything has always been fine until today when i upgraded the firmware on the H7plus and upgraded the IDE.

if i try to run some example scripts the camera seems working, if i try to run “face_detection_!.py” from examples i obtain this error

OSError: [Errno 19] ENODEV

any help?

Hi, go to Tools→ROMFS → reset rom fs.

The IDE should have forced and upgrade on this when moving from before v4.7.0.

Anyway, there’s a thing called ROMfS which has to be updated when you update the firmware. All update dialogs present the option to update it. However, we cannot force this generally as you might have important files in your ROMfS and etc as it can be updated independently of the firmware.
