Hello, I have the OpenMV N6 and wanted to confirm the procedure for wiring an external antenna. Do I just have to connect antenna to small pad and larger ground pad (blue) and remove the component with the red mark on it or is there more to do it?

Desolder the small cap in the pic too and the inductor in the pad, and then solder on a UFL connector.
Note that the UFL side pads are directly connected to ground. So, you’ll need a quality soldering iron or hot air and a lot of heat. It’s not hard to rework though if iI have good equipment.
You can leave the chip attached. It will be electrically dead after the changes.
