IOCTL_SET_READOUT_WINDOW for MT9V034 not implemented

Is there a technical reason for IOCTL_SET_READOUT_WINDOW (and IOCTL_GET_READOUT_WINDOW) not implemented for MT9V034?
Or it is some code to write?
