In the video of the camera on the website it shows there is solder on the gnd pads, you can see there is a slightly raised look. Mine has none, those two pads are completely flat.
Mmm, it might be your precision tips don’t get hot enough. I often have that issue when using a tip for 0201 parts. So, you need a bigger tip for the ground pads as they will sink a ton of heat.
