OpenMV H7 R1 trying to upgrade firmware from 3.2 to latest

Hello,
I am trying to up grade my firmware on my OpenMV H7 R1 trying to upgrade firmware from 3.2 to latest. When it asks to upgrade i say yes, and yes to erase, and then it says ERROR:can not find the file specified! its almost like the camera disconnects. sometimes the IDE crashes. please advise. Windows 10 IDE 4.5.0

based on search it looks like this may be solution: Can someone direct me to the documentation for DFU mode I think it needs to be shorted between boot and rst ? “it Probably needs a new firmware image. Put the board into DFU mode. Attach a wire to BOOT0 and RST and connect it to the PC and then click connect in the IDE and follow the prompts.”

OK so ChatGPT walked me through it. Short BOOT to 3.3v, Plug in and briefly short RST to GND. That put me into DFU mode and allowed me to update.
