Is there a way to run main.py in internal storage but also save camera picture to sd card?

OpenMV can mount either internal or external storage, and run boot.py and main.py on external storage in higher priority.

I hope the others can access the captured data from camera in external storage, but can not see or touch the code (main.py).

Is there a way to run the main script from internal storage but save the captured data to the external storage at the same time?

Yes, the firmware needs to be modified. You should modify our main.c file and bake your code into the frozen python modules. Then, only mount external storage.

We don’t have an automated system for doing this yet. But, it’s easy to do.
