How can that the image with binarization output as like array?

maybe the output is like about 30X30 to 60X60 pixiel ,then how can I output as like as [0,0,0,0,1,1,1,0,0,1,1,1…] or [0,0,0,0,255,255,255,0,0,255,255,255…] I’m a micropython noob please help me…
