In my application I need to stream video with the Wifi Shield and, at the same time, use the analog output to send the result of the vision task. The analog output goes through the pin P6, but this pin is used by the Wifi Shield.
Is there any way to overcome this?

No, it must be used for the wifi module…
Use an external microcontroller with a DAC, or PWM over an I/O pin that’s free with an RC filter.
