I need the NTSC in order to stream image out in real-time and it will be good if I can send and receive data using the WiFI
Can I connect both at the same time? I noticed that both use same SPI bus

No I don’t think that’s possible, the TV shield doesn’t use the CS and it uses a different SPI frequency… You could use any other serial WiFi module (ESP maybe).
