Hello!
I need to use the camera to remotally read face temperature and indicate the result on a display. Optionally i will send the data to a computer.
I would like to know if the board is capable to be attached to a flir sensor, a display and to another shield with wirelles capabilities or if its necessary to use another processor to do the auxiliary job.

Yes we have a FLIR Lepton adapter that allows you to use any of the Lepton modules with the OpenMV-H7 and OpenMV-H7+ cameras:

We also have an LCD and wireless shields:

Note you can either use the LCD shield or a wireless shield but not both at the same time.
