# Led Keeps Blinking Green

Hi I have an M7 inside my drawer and I took it out to use it again for a project but now I cant connect it to the IDE, I tried updating the firmware but I keep getting the same time out error no matter what i do.  
I can see the device displayed on the device manager but the led keeps blinking non stop.  
Where can I gat an older version of the IDE? or how can I solve this issue?
