I’m a bit lost on ‘how’ to add/enable the night vision feature.

Are there any tutorials or documents which describes what I need to ‘do’ or purchase?

We have the ability to see IR light with the camera. So, if you remove the IR filter on the lens or buy the IR Filter less lens you can see IR light which allows you to see in the dark.

Awesome!

Are there any examples you recommend that I can use to get this going?

I want to illuminate an area at night with an infrared light and be able to monitor objects that come across the camera.

Yeah, then just install the lights and then remove the IR filter on the camera lens and you should be able to see in the dark then.
