# Cutting off the picture above a specific point

Hello!  
I was wondering, if there is a possibility to cut off the picture of the OpenMV camera above a specific point, as i dont want any distractions in the picture.

Use the crop() method. You can pass an ROI.

`img.crop(roi=[x, y, w, h])`
