Latest Firmware and Global Shutter Camera

Postby redcrow » Mon Nov 25, 2019 12:58 pm

I know this is a broad question but before I dig further in on the parameters on my end I was just wondering if anything has changed in regards to the code that interfaces with the Global Shutter Camera? I am running into some issues with a codebase and hardware that was capturing clear images and now it is no longer. Regardless of timing of my GPIO trigger I am getting blurred images.

Hi, nothing has changed for a while. Did you make your own hardware?

Ok, thanks for the reply. No I did not make my own hardware ( i was referring to the hardware that the openmv h7 is interfacing with).

Oh, I see. I would check what exposure you are running at. You have to tell the camera to lower the minimum exposure otherwise it will always want to expose for a minimum length of time.
