Problem in update the firmware latest version

Postby SARAVANABAVAN » Thu Jun 07, 2018 8:04 am

Hello sir,
I'm having problem in upgrading the openMV CAM firmware to the latest version. If I'm updating the firmware to the latest version again it is showing to upgrade... (i.e) Whenever I'm opening the OpenMV CAM it is showing that the firmware is out of date and forced me to update... But If I update the OpenMV CAM to the latest version it is updating, but the problem is that after all the process is done it is again asking me to update to the latest version... And the process is repeated again and again... I'm using windows 10 latest version... Thanks in advance...

It's because you are using the M4 and we cut a firmware that was too old for it. This will be fixed in the next release. Please just ignore that for now.

Here's the latest M4 image. Use Tools -> Run bootloader to update. Either the firmware.bin (faster to program) or the openmv.dfu file will work.
