Did the STM32H743 Rev V speed up?

The datasheet of STM32H743 Rev V said it`s frequency speed up from 400Mhz to 480Mhz.So I get a Rev V to test,but no any different.The ‘cpufreq’ seting is just same as Rev Y.Can it speed up by any seting?Or will it speed up by firmware updata?

All H7 cameras run at 480 MHz.
