I’m interested in developing applications using linear CCD (e.g. spectrometers and scanners) I was thinking to use TOSHIBA CDIP-22 TCD1304AP or something similar, but if I could use it combined with OpenMV it would be perfect. There is already TSL1401CL Linear 128X1 CCD Sensor available to connect to GPIO of an Arduino but has a limited number of pixel. Is there any plan to add a linear CCD sensor module to OpenMV?
No we don’t have any plans to make a module, but it should be easy to design your own.
Make sure the sensor has a DVP interface with 8 bits of data, a clock, and href, and vsync.
